Accessibility audits
Starter audit: €1,800
For a small website or a focused set of journeys on a larger site. We assess up to 10 agreed pages on one website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including applicable Level A criteria. The scope includes one language version and up to two complete user journeys across those pages. Important interactive states are agreed at kickoff.
We test keyboard operation, screen-reader interaction, headings and landmarks, forms and errors, colour contrast, zoom and reflow, and relevant media alternatives. Automated checks support the manual review. The report records the browsers, assistive technology and page states tested.
You receive:
- A report with prioritised issues, affected pages, reproduction steps, relevant WCAG criteria and suggested fixes.
- A 10–15 minute captioned video walkthrough, with a text transcript.
- A 30-minute remote debrief with your team.
- One focused retest of up to two hours, requested within 30 calendar days after the debrief, followed by an updated issue status report.
The audit report and walkthrough arrive within 7 working days of kickoff. We arrange the debrief within the following 5 working days. Kickoff takes place once the scope, access and initial payment are in place. We deliver the included retest within 5 working days after receiving your request and access to the fixes. Additional retest time requires your approval and costs €110 per hour.
The Starter audit samples the agreed pages and states. It does not assess every page on a larger website. Native mobile apps, document audits and additional language versions are outside this package.
Full audit: quoted after a discovery call
For larger websites, account areas or several connected journeys. We agree a representative sample of templates, screens, components and states, with language versions specified in the quote. “Full audit” means a deeper agreed scope, not a promise to check every URL.
The deliverables and included retest are the same as the Starter audit. Reports typically arrive within 15–20 working days of kickoff. The quote confirms the fee, scope and delivery date. The 30-minute debrief takes place within 5 working days of report delivery.
Discuss an auditRemediation support
€110 per hour
For development teams implementing audit findings. Book a minimum of two hours per engagement, then use time in 15-minute increments. We agree an estimate and a spending cap before starting, and ask before exceeding it.
Support includes remote pairing, advice on accessible interaction patterns, pull-request review and targeted retesting. Your developers own and release the code. We provide written notes and record the time used. Access to a repository is optional; we can work through screen sharing and a staging site.
The first session is usually available within 5 working days after scope and access are agreed. We confirm the schedule before you commit. A retest outside an audit's included allowance is billed at this hourly rate.
Discuss developer supportEuropean Accessibility Act compliance review
€1,200–€2,800 per review
The EAA has applied since 28 June 2025 to specified products and consumer services. Relevant digital services include e-commerce, consumer banking, e-books and certain passenger transport services. It does not cover every business website. National implementing rules, exemptions and transitional provisions affect individual cases.
We review one consumer-facing digital service in one agreed EU market. The fee depends on its journeys, supporting documents and number of digital touchpoints. Additional services or markets are quoted separately.
The review covers:
- An initial scope discussion based on your service, customers and market, with questions requiring legal confirmation clearly marked.
- A technical spot-check of up to five agreed pages or screens across one key customer journey.
- Review of the accessibility information, support route and issue-handling process you provide to customers.
- A gap summary and prioritised action plan with suggested owners and evidence to collect.
- A 45-minute handover with your team.
We confirm a fixed price within the stated band before starting. The written review arrives within 7–10 working days of kickoff, with the handover within the following 5 working days. Kickoff requires the agreed scope, documents, access and initial payment.
This review is not a full WCAG audit, legal opinion or certification. WCAG findings help identify technical barriers; they do not by themselves settle every EAA obligation. Your legal adviser confirms applicability and legal conclusions.
Discuss an EAA reviewMonthly monitoring
€190 per site per month
For teams that want to catch recurring issues after an audit or website update. One subscription covers one domain, one language version and up to 50 agreed public URLs.
- Weekly automated checks for detectable issues such as missing accessible names, invalid ARIA and contrast failures where the tool can evaluate them.
- A monthly manual keyboard check of one agreed journey across up to five pages.
- A monthly email with a PDF summary and CSV issue list, highlighting new, recurring and resolved findings.
- Email notification within 2 working days of our confirming a new issue that blocks the monitored journey.
The first checks begin within 5 working days of setup and payment. The monthly report arrives within 5 working days after each billing period ends. Monitoring is periodic and does not provide live incident response, a complete screen-reader audit or a compliance guarantee. Fixes and additional testing are quoted separately.
Billing is monthly in advance, with no setup fee or minimum term beyond the current paid month. Cancel by emailing hello@accessbridge.eu before your next renewal. Monitoring continues until the paid period ends, and there is no partial-month refund.
Discuss monitoringWhere we work
We assess WordPress, Shopify and custom websites, including responsive web applications and agreed authenticated areas. Monitoring covers public URLs only. We do not assess native iOS or Android apps. Our reports and meetings are available in English or German. We work remotely across the EU and accept projects outside the EU where the language and time-zone arrangements fit.
What we do not do
We do not provide legal advice, issue accessibility certificates, build websites or sell overlays. We help your existing team understand and remove barriers. Accessibility testing describes the agreed scope at a point in time.
