About us

A small team, close to the work.

AccessBridge began in Vienna in 2021 with a practical aim: help smaller teams turn accessibility findings into changes they could actually deliver.

An issue list is useful only when people understand what it means, why it matters and how to address it. We put reproduction steps, user impact and implementation guidance alongside each finding, then make time to talk through the work.

Today, our five-person team works remotely with businesses and agencies across the EU. We have completed 86 audits for clients across 11 EU countries as of November 2026. Meetings and reports are available in English or German.

How we approach the work

Start with the person using the service

We consider what a barrier prevents someone from doing, whether that is choosing a delivery option, understanding an error or reaching an account setting.

Make the evidence usable

Findings include steps your team can repeat and a clear indication of what has and has not been tested. We distinguish automated results from manual observations.

Work with the team you have

We support your developers and agency partners. We agree effort and priorities together so that fixes fit your delivery process.

Be clear about limits

We describe the scope, testing date and remaining issues. We do not issue certificates, give legal advice or promise that a single audit covers every future change.

Based in Vienna. Working across borders.

We work Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Vienna time: CET in winter and CEST in summer, excluding Austrian public holidays. We reply to enquiries within 1 working day. Projects outside the EU are welcome when the scope, language and meeting times are a fit.
