Who operates this website
Predvora operates accessbridge.eu and handles personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@accessbridge.eu and include “Privacy” in the subject line.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any contact or business details you choose to include. If you use the Predvora chat, your messages and any details you submit are processed to answer your questions and support follow-up.
Please share only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or customer records.
Technical information
The website host may record information such as your IP address, requested page, browser type and time of access to deliver the website and investigate security or availability problems. Loading the chat also connects your browser to Predvora.
The website itself does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The chat may use browser storage needed for its operation. You can contact us by email if you prefer not to use chat.
How we use information
We use enquiry and chat information to respond to questions, maintain conversation context and arrange requested follow-up. We use necessary technical information to operate and secure the website. We do not sell personal information or add enquirers to a marketing mailing list.
Our basis for handling ordinary enquiries and operating the website is our legitimate interest in responding to visitors and maintaining a secure service. Where you request steps towards an agreement, we use relevant information for those steps. If an optional feature requires consent, we request it before using that feature.
Access and service providers
Information is available only to people who need it to operate the website or handle enquiries, and to providers supporting hosting, email and chat. When a scheduling feature takes you to another provider, its privacy notice describes how it handles the information you submit there.
Retention
We retain enquiry emails and chat records for up to 90 days after the last interaction, then delete them unless a specific legal requirement or unresolved request requires longer retention. Routine website access logs are retained for up to 30 days. These periods concern website visitors and are separate from any agreed project-record retention.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or request restriction or object to processing where applicable. Data portability and withdrawal of consent apply where the relevant conditions are met. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Send requests to hello@accessbridge.eu. We may need information to verify your identity before responding.
