  1. Discovery. A free 20-minute consultation to understand your website, users and priorities.
  2. Scope and quote. We agree the pages, journeys, testing approach, fee and start date in writing.
  3. Audit. We combine manual testing with automated checks and document the barriers we find.
  4. Debrief. We walk through the findings and help your team decide what to tackle first.
  5. Optional remediation. Your developers make the changes, with our support when needed.
  6. Retest. We check the agreed fixes and update their status in the report.

The work in practice

Recent case notes

01 / Case note

A clearer checkout for an online retailer

A retailer with 400 product pages needed help with keyboard access and checkout errors. We audited 10 representative pages, reviewed shared templates and supported its developers through the fixes. At retest, 24 of 28 recorded issues were resolved within six weeks.

A more usable customer portal

A regional bank's portal had unclear form labels and lost keyboard focus between steps. We reviewed 14 screens across three journeys and checked the team's changes. At retest, all 9 critical or high-priority findings in the agreed scope were resolved within eight weeks.

Questions before you start

What does the Starter audit include?

Testing of up to 10 agreed pages on one website, a prioritised report, a short captioned video walkthrough with a transcript, a 30-minute debrief and one focused retest of up to two hours requested within 30 calendar days of the debrief.

Can you work with our existing agency?

Yes. We work directly with in-house teams and agencies, join agreed project channels and can sign an NDA before receiving access.

Will an audit make us legally compliant?

An audit identifies technical barriers in the agreed scope. It does not establish legal compliance or provide certification. An EAA review can help organise the wider questions to discuss with your legal adviser.
